Coastal Classic is a great place for a business retreat.  We have hosted groups of 6-8 and groups as large as 100.  If your group exceeds the capacity of Coastal Classic we can assist you in identifying other properties in Gulf Trace to complete your lodging requirements.

Although we are not meeting planners, through our 10 years of hosting large and small groups for meetings in the Grayton Beach area, we have learned the best places to have large meetings, the best caterers for noon meals and the restaurants that can accommodate large groups for evening meals.

"I have been traveling to Grayton Beach from Australia for nearly 8 years now, to be involved in annual Partnership meetings.  In that time I have stayed at a number of the rental properties in the area.  I would have to say that Coastal Classic is my favourite place to stay.  It is relaxing, with great facilities,  modern and well located to the beach.

Coastal Classic is a great place for corporate team meetings for a number of reasons.  The layout of the spacious home affords each individual their own space, while also facilitating group meetings in the great room.  The location and views from the home are wonderful and we enjoy sitting on the decks during our break sessions.  Having stayed three times now, our team looks forward to our annual retreat meetings at Coastal Classic and will plan to return year after year.

We thouroughly enjoy our time at Coastal Classic.  The house is very comfortably furnished and well-designed for both privacy and communal activities.  The beach setting is invigorating, sufficiently remote to allow focus for our meetings but with excellent restaurants and shopping nearby.  Coupled with the terrific sunsets, it made for a memorable week...... and we thought we had it all in California!
