At US 98, take a left and go East for about a mile. Turn right (south) on CR 283. You will see signs that say Seaside and Grayton Beach...Skip down to “Go South on CR 283” Driving from the West:If you are driving from the West (Mobile, New Orleans, Houston, ... ), take Highway 98 East for about 20 miles past Destin. You will pass a traffic light at Highway 331. Keep going for another mile. Turn right (south) on CR 283. You will see signs that say Seaside and Grayton Beach...From Oklaloosa Regional Airport (if you Google or Mapquest, use VPS for the airport code) Leaving the airport, take SR-85N (follow this for about 3 miles) Turn left at W. John Simms Parkway / SR-85N. after about 4 miles this turns into SR-20. Go 2 more miles Turn right at SR-293 / White Point Road. Follow for 6 miles. This will take you over the toll bridge. Turn left at US 98E and go east through Destin and pick up the directions above (Driving from the West) Driving from the East:If you are driving from the East (Tallahassee, Atlanta, Dothan, Jacksonville, ... ), take Highway 98 West for 25 miles past Panama City Beach. Turn Left (south) on CR 283. You will see signs that say Seaside and Grayton Beach. If you pass a traffic light at Highway 331, you have gone too far... You will soon be in Sandestin and you don’t want to get tied up in all that traffic.From the Panama City Airport (if you Google or Mapquest, use PFN for the airport code) When leaving the airport head southeast on Lisenby Avenue towards Airport Road Slight right at SR 390 / Saint Andrews Boulevard. Follow this about 1.2 miles Turn right at W 23rd Street. Follow this about 1.8 miles. Turn right at SR 30A/US 98. Follow this about 2.2 miles. Slight right at US 98 and pick up the directions above (Driving from the East) “Go South on CR 283”When you turn onto CR 283, you will be heading South toward Grayton Beach. You are getting close!Follow CR 283 for about 3 miles to the 4-way stop. This is Scenic Highway C-30A. Take a right. Follow C-30A for 1/2 mile. Turn left when you see the small Gulf Trace sign. This street is Forest Dunes Boulevard (we are using the term Boulevard very loosely…) Follow this road for about 200 yards. On the left you will see Alligator Lake and the road takes a sharp 90 degree turn to the right. You will be on Saville Drive. Follow Saville Drive about 100 yards. Coastal Classic is located at 278 Saville Drive. It is the four story house on the right just before Saville Drive takes a sharp 90 turn to the left. There is a gravel drive and a sign that says Coastal Classic – Pool. |
