Coastal Classic is nestled in the quiet gulf front community of Gulf Trace, which is surrounded by pristine forest preserve, virgin pure sand dunes, and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. From the 4th floor tower you'll have an unobstructed spectacular view of the surrounding lakes, beaches, and natural unspoiled forest.

You will appreciate our proximity to grocery shopping, great locally owned restaurants, golf courses and tennis courts. For those who want to ride their bikes at the beach, we are less than ½ mile from the bike path that parallels C 30A for almost 20 miles. You can get on the bike path at the entrance to Gulf Trace from C 30A.

This is our second time to build a beach house in Gulf Trace. Our first house, BreezeWay, was successful beyond our wildest dreams. When we decided to build Coastal Classic we took everything that was good about BreezeWay and coupled that with what we learned from visiting many of the most successful and comfortable beach houses on the Florida Panhandle. We took the ideas that we thought made a great vacation property to our architect and the result was what you see today.

One constant comment that we get from guests who have stayed at Coastal Classic is how well designed the house is and how the 5500 square feet of conditioned space is laid out. All you have to do is stay at other 5 bedroom houses with a group of 15-20 people and then stay at Coastal Classic. The difference in comfort and spaciousness is significant.
